Yikes! I just started a blog! I have no idea what I am doing so please bear with me as I begin my journey!!
My name is Amy DeBiase and I own a shop on Jay Street in Schenectady, NY. Jay Street is a lovely pedestrian walkway in the heart of Downtown Schenectady, home of Proctors Theater. Jay Street is becoming quite a little tourist attraction, with great shops and restaurants and a growing Artists Community. My shop is an eclectic mix of antique, vintage and new items. I am an old soul who hates to see things discarded and forgotten. I truly believe that no matter how old and tattered it may seem on first inspection, every item I find is a TREASURE that was once loved dearly by another sentimental fool like myself. I believe everything deserves another chance to shine and be loved. I hope you enjoy the pictures I share, and I hope you will find the time to check back and see my progress. Thank you for your time and interest!
